Vintage Memories

Peg Davis from Vintage Memories offers a range from vintage to primitives to shabby chic. She specializes in redone vintage furniture and handmade items using vintage lace, and anything that can be repurposed into a useable item. She loves using burlap and old sheet music in her redos. Her wonderful furniture pieces are painted with Anne Sloan's chalk paint.

Peg has quite a following from her three years at the Lakewood 400 Antiques Market and will work with anyone to create or redo a furniture piece or vintage item for them.

Peg travels from Blairsville, GA, every month for the show. "It's so much fun to spend time with my 'dealer family' and see all my customers. We have the best time."

Tobacco Road Primitives

Awaiting you as you enter Lakewood 400 is the rustic cabin housing Tobacco Road Primitives. It is filled to the brim with Primitive Furniture, Metal Cutouts, Made to Order Lamps, Custom and Hand Painted Signs. They also offer Design Services to help you create your special look.

Out front, you will find Ronnie Edwards, the classic artist from the almost lost art of sign painting, who hand letters signage on anything from wood to old pickup truck doors. Bring in your treasures and have him embellish them with your name or a special message, or have a custom sign made as a gift for a friend or loved one.

Marie Webb, Proprietor, has been with the old Historic Lakewood and Lakewood 400 Antiques Market for more years than she wants to admit!

Maureen's Antiques

Maureen and Pat Lucero have a passion for Empire Furniture. They love period furniture focusing on the craftmanship of the piece. In the 12 years they have been at the Historic Lakewood and 8 years at Lakewood 400, they have enjoyed sharing their extensive knowledge of the history behind these pieces with their customers.
"We look forward to the Lakewood 400 Antiques Market each month," says Maureen, "the dealers are like a second family to us."

The Traveling Framer, Hall C.155

In the 20 years Claudette Ingram was at the old Historic Lakewood and 5 years at Lakewood 400, she and her family have framed an array of items while their customers shopped the show.
The Traveling Framer offers quality custom framing on the spot. They specialize in antique and collectible framing, from canvas to shadow boxes, prints, photography and collectible items such as sports items. Additional services include shrink wrap, mats and glass replacement.
Wes Hall, a regular to Lakewood 400, says, "The Traveling Framer is the best place to get all of your framing done. They have a good selection of frames and can get the framing done while you shop most of the time. I will always go to them first to get my framing done. And I think that their pricing is very good."
